Appointment Policy

To ensure that all patients receive the attention and care they deserve, we operate by appointments.  Emergency cases will receive top priority and an occasional appointment delay may be unavoidable.

Drop Offs - A "drop off" allows you to bring in your pet at a time that works best for your schedule and leave your pet with us for a suitable period of time.  Drop offs are best in the early morning to ensure time for evaluation.  The doctor will call you after the examination to discuss the physical exam findings and treatment options. 

 Walk-in clients are welcome, however appointments are preferred.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are perfomred.. For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Care Credit.

Patient Arrival Policy

For protection the protection of you, your pet, and other clients.  All dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the facility. 

All cats must be in an appropriate cat carrier or on leash.
